How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during shipping?

All our beers are packaged directly from the brewery and shipped in specialized, reinforced cardboard dividers to prevent breakage and temperature fluctuations, ensuring your brew arrives in peak condition.

What is the standard delivery timeframe?

We offer standard shipping within 3-5 business days. For those who need their beer sooner, we provide an express next-day delivery option for orders placed before 12 PM Monday through Thursday.

Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?

Yes. Because our products contain alcohol, an adult aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery. Our couriers may request a valid ID as proof of age.

What is your policy on damaged goods or returns?

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.

Are your beers suitable for vegans or vegetarians?
