At Sharp's Brewery, we strive for perfection in every pour, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on non-food items or damaged goods reported within 14 days.
Contact Our Team
Email our customer support with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos of any damaged packaging or product.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to provide a return authorization and instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back.
Pack Securely
If a return is required, place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our brewery.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement immediately.
